On the other hand, this article looks at the role of NATO and, to some extent, the African Union, in Libya. Thoughts?

  1. I enjoyed this article especially on the parts were it questioned justice on the actions in Libya. It triggered thoughts in my mind if this war and interest of other countries is truly for democracy. I think the theory of realism is visible everywhere that everybody just has self-interest in mind. I think it is wise to question if the UN, IMF, AU, EU and many others are truly the authors of justice.

  2. I strongly feel that the U.S of A is holistically acting out of self interest. They intervene in conflicts when they will benefit most out of the result. Example, in the Sudan conflict, the U.S of A inforced the south in terms of resources ( cash, weapon, etc). Why, this side of the country has all the oil. yes the resources. There was some conflict over who gets that oil ( north or south) but in the end the south got what America wanted.
